Santa had arrived sometime during the night, and we woke up to gifts and stockings that were filled with more goodies. Ciara got a new bike this year, and Serena got a SkyCoaster. They each got some new boards games and the dogs even got new coats to wear on our chilly walks at night. 
We went over to the Nowak's house later in the afternoon. We had dinner with them and their family. They are gracious to invite us over every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas if we don't have family in town. Tina is an amazing cook and the day is always well spent with friends - talking and playing games together.
