Today we went to a Las Vegas Wranglers Hockey game at the Orleans with the Fretty family. 
The Wranglers played the Utah Grizzlies and lost 4 - 1. This was our first hockey game so we didn't exactly know what was going on. We first realized that there was 'Hockey Etiquette'.
You are not allowed to walk up and down the aisles until the referee blows the whistle. Bill was hoping that it would be the typical 'we were watching a fight and a hockey game broke out'.
Unfortunately/Fortunately, there weren't any fights tonight. There was a lot of banging and pushing going on but no actual fist fights. We learned that there are 3 periods in a hockey game and there are 18 minutes between each period - long enough to grab some dinner and get back to your seat with time to spare! Each time there was a penalty, they played music to sing along to. The girls actually danced! We really had fun and would definitely go to another one. We've all decided we either need to catch a game on TV or read up on the game so next time we know what's going on! :)
