Easter 2010

OH, that Serena! That girl was up at 6:00 ready to look for eggs! She tried to wake me up but it was a "no go" for me. She went back to bed for about another hour before she couldn't stand it anymore. She kept telling me how hungry she was and that she needed me to help her make some breakfast! She was tearing all over the house looking for those oblong shapes filled with sweet treats and quarters! Ciara, on the other hand, wanted NOTHING to do with it! With money in the eggs, Ciara wanted nothing to do with it????? Is she sick?????

Serena had to count all of her eggs and organize all of the candy. What a job! You can see how thrilled Ciara was with the whole process!

A friend from school gave me a beautiful Easter Lily! I love how big the blossoms get!

And I picked up a Calla Lily for my friend Jen whose house we went to for Easter dinner.

We got invited over to Kevin and Jen Fitzgerald's house for Easter dinner. They live next door to some other friends of ours, the Crews, so the kids went to one house to play pool and hang out while the adults went over to the other house. Several of their friends from work and church were also there. It's so much fun to be around such mixed company.

We brought a stuffed bunny for Audrey. She was so cute!

We had a great dinner with great friends! We are truly blessed!
