Vacation - Day 1

We left for Williamsburg in the late afternoon on Saturday, June 5. We were scheduled to arrive at midnight so the first day was spent traveling. When we got to the airport in Las Vegas and were waiting for our plane to leave, Bill pulled out three wrapped packages – one for me, one for Ciara, and one for Serena. He had given us each our very own Apple iTouch. What a nice surprise! We feverishly downloaded as many games as we could before boarding the plane to keep us occupied for the entire flight. Up, up, and away!

We flew into Norfolk, Virginia, and spent the first night in Chesapeake, Virginia. We were starving when we landed so we started our hunt for food. Not much was open at 1:00 am so we had to settle for Taco Bell. We ate and headed off to bed.
